BBC has apologised for its coverage of Denmark footballer Christian Eriksen's on-field treatment after he collapsed during their Euro 2020 match against Finland. BBC was criticised for showing Eriksen's CPR treatment and then cutting to his crying girlfriend. While apologising, BBC explained that the stadium coverage is controlled by UEFA.
